Shipping and Returns

UK shipping

  • Free UK: Signed for– Free! – 3-5 working days. Applies when you spend £20 (All tees and jumpers)

European shipping

  • Signed for (Europe) – £10 – 4-7 working days

International shipping

  • Signed for (International) – £14 – 6-9 working days

Missing packages

Please allow 3 working days after the estimated delivery time for delays in the postal service. If your item still hasn’t arrived then contact us at and we will look into it for you. We will replace any items that are lost during shipping.


Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it and include the original packaging.

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be returned and neither can intimate products such as underwear.

Postage costs for returns cannot be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be posted.


We can replace items if they are damaged or if you need a different size. However, please check our handy size guide to try and avoid wrong sizes. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address listed below along with your order number. There are no additional postage costs for exchanges of the same item.

To return your product, you should mail your product, as well as a note stating the order number, to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We suggest using a “Signed for” or trackable shipping service with enough compensation for the value of the package. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
